This Refund Policy explains the trial, billing, and refund rules for Alpha AI Plus and related services provided by Alpha Auto Trading.
Summary: Monthly and 6-Month plans include a 5-day trial. You can cancel before Day 5 to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts and you are charged, there are no refunds for that charge. 6-Month and Lifetime plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee (no questions asked).
1. 5-Day Trial (Monthly + 6-Month Plans)
- Monthly Plan: Includes a 5-day trial. If you do not cancel before the end of Day 5, you will be charged automatically when the trial ends.
- 6-Month Plan: Includes a 5-day trial. If you do not cancel before the end of Day 5, you will be charged automatically when the trial ends.
You may cancel any time during the trial to avoid the conversion charge. Cancellation must be completed before the trial ends.
2. No Refund After Trial Conversion Charge
Once your 5-day trial ends and the plan converts to a paid subscription (Monthly or 6-Month), the charge is non-refundable. This is because access has been delivered and the paid term begins immediately after Day 5.
Important: To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the end of Day 5.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (6-Month + Lifetime)
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the following plans:
- 6-Month Plan: 30-day money-back guarantee (no questions asked).
- Lifetime Plan: 30-day money-back guarantee (no questions asked).
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial paid transaction for the eligible plan.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (when eligible), email [email protected] and include:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- The plan purchased (6-Month or Lifetime)
We process eligible refunds as quickly as possible. Timing to receive funds depends on your bank/payment provider.
5. Misuse, Distribution, or Commercial Use
Alpha AI Plus is licensed for your permitted use under your plan. If we determine that the system has been distributed, shared, resold, or used for commercial use outside permitted terms, Alpha Auto Trading reserves the right to:
- Cancel access immediately
- Terminate the subscription and/or license immediately
- Disable keys/activations associated with the misuse
In cases of policy violation or misuse, refunds may be denied.
6. Chargebacks
If you have an issue, contact support first so we can help. Unresolved chargebacks may result in access being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date reflects the most current version.
