This Risk Disclosure is provided by Alpha Auto Trading and explains important risks associated with trading and using Alpha AI Plus and related tools (“Services”).

1. No Investment Advice
Alpha AI Plus is a trading tool and educational resource. Nothing on our website, in the software, in community channels, or in any communications constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or instrument.
2. Trading Is Risky
Trading futures, forex, crypto, options, and other instruments may involve:
- Large gains and large losses in a short period of time
- Leverage that amplifies both profit and loss
- Market gaps, volatility spikes, news events, and liquidity issues
- Slippage, commissions, fees, spreads, and execution delays
3. Automation & Software Risks
Automated and semi-automated systems can behave unexpectedly, especially during fast markets or abnormal conditions. Risks include (but are not limited to):
- Connectivity failures, platform outages, data feed errors, and broker interruptions
- Order routing delays, partial fills, rejected orders, and unexpected fills
- Incorrect configuration, user error, or incompatible settings

4. Prop Firm Rules & Account Restrictions
If you use Alpha AI Plus with a prop firm evaluation or funded account, you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with that firm’s rules (daily loss limits, trailing drawdown, scaling, news restrictions, etc.). Rules can change at any time.
5. No Guarantee of Profitability
We do not guarantee profits or specific outcomes. Any examples, results, testimonials, or performance statistics are not promises of future performance. Market conditions change, and performance can vary.
6. Suitability
You should carefully consider your financial situation, trading experience, and risk tolerance before trading. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose. If you are unsure, consult a licensed financial professional.
7. Misuse, Distribution, or Commercial Use
Alpha AI Plus is licensed for permitted use under your plan. If we determine the system has been distributed, shared, resold, or used for commercial use outside permitted terms, Alpha Auto Trading reserves the right to:
- Cancel access immediately
- Terminate subscriptions and/or licenses immediately
- Disable keys/activations associated with the misuse
