1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for TESLA369 are non-refundable. This applies to one-time purchases, lifetime access, promotional pricing, discounted launch offers, upgrades, and any related digital access provided as part of the offer.

Because TESLA369 is a digital product that includes proprietary materials, strategic configuration, trading templates, protected system logic, and immediate access to intellectual property, there is no physical item to return and no practical way to reverse access once the buyer has received the product.

2. Why Transactions Are Not Refundable

TESLA369 is not a standard retail good. It is a specialized digital trading product built around proprietary logic, structured setup design, market execution concepts, and protected system architecture. Once access is granted, the buyer has received valuable digital property that cannot be unlearned, unseen, or effectively returned.

• The product includes proprietary strategy design, templates, logic structure, and digital setup materials.
• Digital access can be used, copied, reviewed, or implemented immediately after purchase.
• Because the product is intellectual property, access itself carries permanent value once delivered.
• Refunds would create abuse risk where users could purchase, access confidential material, and then attempt reversal.

For these reasons, all transactions are treated as final. This policy is designed to protect the integrity of the system, the business, and the proprietary nature of the materials being sold.

3. Nature of the Product

TESLA369 is a digital trading system intended to support structured execution, account protection, and disciplined market participation. Depending on the specific offer, your purchase may include access to strategy files, templates, setup guidance, educational materials, or related support resources. All of these are digital in nature and become accessible immediately or shortly after purchase.

Since digital products do not function like physical goods, the standard idea of “returning the item” does not apply. Once access is granted or files are delivered, the transaction is considered completed.

4. Buyer Responsibility Before Purchase

It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the offer details, compatibility requirements, pricing, included features, and all related policy terms before making a purchase. If you have questions about the product, platform compatibility, setup expectations, or what is included, you should contact support before completing checkout.

• Make sure the product is intended for your platform and trading workflow.
• Make sure you understand the offer type, such as lifetime access or promotional access.
• Make sure you understand that trading results are not guaranteed.

5. No Refunds for Performance Expectations

Refunds will not be issued because a buyer did not achieve a desired trading result, did not pass an evaluation, did not receive a payout, did not like market conditions, or expected a different outcome from using the product.

Trading involves substantial risk and results always depend on many factors outside the control of the software, including user execution, settings, broker conditions, slippage, latency, market volatility, prop firm rules, discipline, and risk management decisions. Because of that, purchase decisions must never be based on an assumption of guaranteed performance.

6. No Refunds for Lack of Platform Knowledge or User Error

Refunds will not be issued because of user setup errors, unfamiliarity with the trading platform, inability to install the product correctly without following instructions, or failure to understand how to use the product after purchase.

Buyers are expected to have a basic understanding of their trading environment or to seek support where offered. Difficulty using NinjaTrader, misunderstanding settings, or failing to read the provided instructions does not make the purchase refundable.

7. No Refunds for Changed Circumstances

Refunds will also not be issued because a buyer changed their mind, no longer wants the product, purchased by mistake, no longer has time to trade, changed brokers, failed with a prop firm, or later decided the offer was not right for them.

Once payment is completed, the transaction is final. Buyers should purchase only after making a clear and intentional decision.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute, reversal, or chargeback is initiated after access has been granted, TESLA369 access may be suspended, revoked, or permanently terminated while the matter is reviewed. Abuse of payment reversals after receiving digital delivery may also result in the loss of any related support access, template access, or future eligibility for services.

Buyers are encouraged to contact support first if there is a billing question or technical issue, rather than initiating a dispute without first attempting resolution.

9. Exceptional Cases

TESLA369 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review exceptional billing errors on a case-by-case basis. However, this does not create any obligation to provide a refund. Any exception, if granted, is purely discretionary and does not change the general rule that all transactions are final and non-refundable.

Examples of exceptional review may include duplicate billing caused by a verified payment processing error, but not dissatisfaction, performance complaints, or user misunderstanding of the offer.

10. Acknowledgment at Purchase

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital, non-returnable product.
• You understand that all TESLA369 transactions are final and non-refundable.
• You understand that no profit, pass, payout, or performance result is guaranteed.
• You accept full responsibility for platform use, trade execution, and risk management.
• You agree not to request a refund based on performance, opinion, changed circumstances, or user error.
