This Risk Disclosure is provided by Alpha Auto Trading and explains important risks associated with trading and using Quant System AI, including its software, signals, automation features, training content, trading room, and related tools and services (“Services”).

1. No Investment Advice

Quant System AI is a software, trading tool, and educational resource. Nothing on our website, inside the platform, in training materials, in live rooms, in emails, or in any communication should be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, or as a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

2. Trading Involves Significant Risk

Trading futures and other leveraged instruments may involve:

  • Rapid gains and rapid losses within short periods of time
  • Leverage that magnifies both profit and loss
  • Market gaps, volatility spikes, liquidity issues, and unexpected price movement
  • Slippage, commissions, fees, spreads, and execution delays

3. Automation & Software Risks

Automated and semi-automated trading systems may behave differently in live markets than expected. Even well-built systems can be affected by technical or market-related issues.

  • Platform outages, internet failures, data feed interruptions, or broker-side issues
  • Rejected orders, delayed orders, partial fills, duplicated fills, or missed executions
  • User misconfiguration, wrong settings, incompatible templates, or incorrect account setup
  • Differences between backtesting, simulation results, and live performance

You are responsible for monitoring your account, checking your settings, and using appropriate risk controls at all times.

4. Manual, Bot, and Lifetime Plans Do Not Remove Risk

Whether you use Quant System AI in Manual mode, Pro/Bot mode, or through LifeTime Ownership, trading risk still exists. Buying a higher-tier plan does not eliminate the risk of loss, nor does it guarantee better outcomes.

5. No Guarantee of Profitability

We do not guarantee profits, funding, payouts, account passing, or any specific outcome. Any testimonials, case studies, screenshots, performance examples, or live demonstrations are illustrative only and should not be relied upon as promises of future results.

6. Prop Firm Rules & Account Restrictions

If you use Quant System AI with a prop firm evaluation or funded account, you are solely responsible for knowing and following that prop firm’s rules. These may include daily loss limits, trailing drawdown, consistency rules, news restrictions, scaling requirements, and account usage restrictions.

Prop firm rules can change at any time, and Alpha Auto Trading is not responsible for any rule violation, account breach, denial, or disqualification.

7. Suitability

You should carefully evaluate your financial condition, trading knowledge, emotional discipline, and risk tolerance before using Quant System AI or trading any leveraged instrument. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

If you are unsure whether trading is appropriate for you, you should consult a licensed financial professional.

8. Educational Content & Community Information

Educational materials, live room commentary, support messages, videos, training sessions, and community discussions are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They may reflect opinions, examples, or workflows, but they are not guarantees and should not be treated as personalized advice.

9. Third-Party Platform Risks

Quant System AI may rely on third-party services such as NinjaTrader, brokers, payment processors, hosting providers, and communication platforms. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for outages, policy changes, service limitations, delayed data, or failures occurring through those systems.

10. Responsibility for Use

You are solely responsible for:

  • All trades taken using the Services
  • Your chosen settings, templates, automation logic, and account size
  • Your compliance with broker, platform, and prop firm rules
  • Your own risk management, account monitoring, and execution decisions

11. Misuse, Sharing, or Unauthorized Distribution

Quant System AI is licensed only for permitted use under your purchased plan. If we determine that the Services have been shared, distributed, resold, copied, or used in an unauthorized way, Alpha Auto Trading reserves the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate access
  • Disable licenses, activations, and related access credentials
  • Restrict support, updates, or account privileges
