These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Alpha AI Plus, including our website, software, templates, content, community, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Services & Scope

Alpha AI Plus provides trading tools and related resources (including automation/semi-automation features, templates, educational content, and community access). The Services are provided for informational and tooling purposes only.

Alpha AI Plus can be adapted to trade multiple markets, but it’s primarily optimized for NQ and MNQ for the most stable and consistent results.

You are responsible for ensuring your setup, risk parameters, and usage comply with your broker, platform, and any prop firm rules.

4. Risk Disclosure & No Advice

The Services do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Nothing in the Services constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

  • Market conditions, slippage, latency, commissions, spreads, and outages can materially impact results.
  • Automation may behave unexpectedly in fast markets or during data interruptions.
  • Testimonials and examples are not guarantees of future performance.

5. Accounts & Access

You may be required to create an account or provide identifiers (e.g., machine ID/license key) to access features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any activity by users you authorize.

6. Billing, Trials, Refunds

Prices, billing frequency, plan features, and renewal terms are shown at checkout and may change over time. Any changes apply prospectively.

  • Monthly Plan: Includes a 5-day $0 trial. Cancel before the end of Day 5 to avoid being charged.
  • 6-Month Plan: Includes a 5-day trial plus a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Lifetime Plan: Includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Refund eligibility may require verification of purchase and reasonable troubleshooting steps if access is impaired. Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in temporary suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

7. License & Restrictions

Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business use.

  • No resale, sublicensing, leasing, redistribution, or sharing access beyond your plan limits.
  • No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to bypass licensing/activation controls.
  • No copying or publishing proprietary templates, code, member-only content, or training materials.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, code, design, text, graphics, videos, templates, and trademarks are owned by [Alpha Auto Trading] and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Use

  • Using the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any rules/laws.
  • Attempting to disrupt, hack, overload, or bypass security measures.
  • Sharing licenses, keys, files, or member access beyond allowed limits.
  • Harassment, abuse, spam, or disruptive conduct in community spaces.
  • Misrepresenting results, testimonials, or affiliation with Alpha AI Plus.

10. Third-Party Tools/Links

The Services may reference or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., brokers, charting platforms, prop firms, payment processors). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, policies, outages, or changes.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or profitable.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [Alpha Auto Trading] SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Alpha Auto Trading] and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior. Upon termination, your license ends immediately.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law & Disputes
